you can return items within 14 days after delivery.
please email us before sending anything back so we can confirm the return and give you the details.
returned items must be unused and in the same condition you received them.
condition of items
we can’t accept returns on items that are worn, washed, damaged or altered
(for example: stains, pet hair, deodorant marks, strong odours, missing parts not due to our error).
items returned more than 14 days after delivery are considered non-returnable.
refunds
once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection.
approved returns are refunded to your original method of payment.

please email us for return instructions. we usually reply within 48 hours.
return shipping costs are not covered or refunded by us.
shipping times for exchanged items can vary depending on your location.
international orders
international orders may incur customs fees, duties or taxes on delivery.
