For every product sold, we initiate the planting of 1 mangrove tree by donating to Eden Reforestation Projects.

Eden Reforestation Projects is a 501c3 non-profit whose mission is to provide fair wage employment to impoverished villagers as agents of global forest restoration.

Since high-quality garments and a positive impact on the environment are our focus at TREKKA, we chose Stanley/Stella as our main supplier.

To ensure the safety of all workers, Stanley/Stella works very closely with the Fair Wear Foundation (FWF) and supports their partners with their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) approach. After an extensive social audit, Stanley/Stella has been attributed ‘Leader’ status by FWF, certifying that they are showing best practices in complex areas such as freedom of association. They also have a number of mechanisms in place to ensure decent working conditions, such as an internal Code of Conduct, monthly reports and daily visits to partner factories.

 

[Prints]

We print all our products locally at Laroid in Kiel, Germany. Laroid is not only GOTS-certified, it's one of the leading printing facilities in Germany when it comes to printing quality and sustainability of prints.

 

[Packaging]

We don't use any plastic inside our shipping boxes and even our package tape is 100% made of recycled materials.

 

[Shipping]

We ship all our products with DHL "GoGreen". As part of the "GoGreen" environmental protection program, the greenhouse gases produced during transport are offset by climate protection projects. The greenhouse gases generated during transport are determined using a method based on the principles of the "GHG Protocol for Products".
